Deirdre Coit

Bringing more than four decades of real estate experience to her work in Northwest Montana, Deirdre Coit has built a career defined by discretion, strong relationships, and a deeply personal approach to real estate.

Her connection to Montana began in 2004, when she and her husband, Alan, purchased 97 acres along the Flathead River. Over the years, the property was developed for their horses and family while preserving its natural landscape and wildlife corridor, with Montana remaining an important part of their family’s life ever since.

Having begun her career at the Vintage Club in Indian Wells before co-founding her own boutique real estate firm in Palm Desert, Deirdre became known for representing many of the desert’s highest-priced homes in communities including the Vintage Club, Bighorn Golf Club, and The Reserve. After earning her Montana real estate license shortly after purchasing the property, followed by her broker’s license the next year, she brought that experience to Whitefish and the Flathead Valley.

Today, her decades of experience in luxury real estate are paired with firsthand knowledge of the area and the lifestyle that continues to draw people to Northwest Montana.

Her commitment to the region extends beyond real estate. As a co-founder of Water for Flathead’s Future, Deirdre helped lead a seven-year effort to protect the valley’s water resources from a proposed bottling operation, ultimately preserving that water for the surrounding community.

Away from real estate, Deirdre enjoys riding her horses, skiing, hiking, boating, and fly fishing.
